“I started to feel

I have no more panic attacks, anxiety and depression.”
I suffered from anxiety, anger, depression and panic attacks. This affected everything, including my work, social and home life. I would get very angry at my husband and I would get mood swings. I had no energy to do much and the depression made me eat more. I stopped exercising. I had shortness of breath and I couldn’t breathe through my nose. I was restless and I would wake up at night and I couldn’t breathe. I thought I was going to die. My husband Andrew had to go to another room. In March, 2005, I had to quit work. My boss didn’t want me to leave, but I couldn’t handle the drive because I had to get out of the car while on the freeway.
