 PLACING AN ORDER
INVOICING:
An invoice will be sent with your order or will be given to you at the time
of purchase.
 MAIL ORDER: Total payment of the invoice is due with purchase order.
Please do not mail cash. Orders will be shipped via UPS ground (unless otherwise
specified) with tracking approximately 1-3 working days after receiving purchase
order.
TERMS: We accept VISA/MC/DISCOVER/AMEX, cash, and checks. Credit terms
for large quantity orders are available
with an approved application. Overdue invoices will be charged 1.5% compounded
monthly. A $20 fee will be charged for each returned check. SALES
TAX: All California residences will be charged state sales tax.
CASH ON DELIVERY: UPS charges $5 for COD.
SECURITY: Read our
security policy.
SHIPPING: We offer UPS ground, 3rd Day Air, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air.
Please inquire about prices. Unless otherwise specified, we will ship via UPS
ground
RETURNS: No products can be returned or exchanged.
DAMAGES: Promptly contact UPS if you receive damaged merchandise due
their mishandling. Save the original carton, all packing materials, and damaged
items for inspection. Notify us immediately for replacement of merchandise or
credit.
 PAYMENT
Purchase Order (1-99 bottles of each item):
Total payment of the invoice due
with purchase order. Orders will be shipped approximately 1-3 working days after
receiving purchase order.
Purchase Order (100-1999 bottles of each item): 50% of the total invoice
due with purchase order and the remaining balance due at time of shipment.
Orders will be shipped 30-45 working days after receiving the purchase order.
Purchase Order (2000 bottles or more of each item): 50% of the total
invoice due with purchase order and the remaining balance due at time of
shipment. Orders will be shipped 30-45 working days after receiving the purchase
order.
